In Aframe you can upload anything you’d like, keeping your project files, audio, graphics and logos together with your video. Create collections mixed with documents and footage and share them with external viewers for approval. Additionally, you can preview files with the following extension in the Reviewer “jpeg", "gif", “png”, "pdf", "ppt", "tiff", "doc", “xls”).
To upload the documents, simply click on the 'Upload media' button (as shown below) in the top right of your screen, once in a project.
Once you load the upload media button, it functions in exactly the same way as detailed here - simply select some assets, add them to the transfer queue, and hit upload.
Once the transfer is complete, refresh your page and your documents will be available to work with like your video assets.
As mentioned earlier document with the following extensions can be previewed by double clicking on the thumbnail or by selecting the doc and clicking on the review button.
You will then be presented with a screen similar to the below, where you can scroll through the document by dragging the scroll bar, just to the right of the preview.
If you move your mouse/cursor just off to the right of the preview screen, you will notice two extra icons appear in the top right of the preview screen (as shown below) -
The first icon , the magnifying glass allows you to zoom in and out of the document.
The second icon , pop out, will present the document outside of the Aframe user interface.
These documents are searchable and can be downloaded by a collaborator for review and development. Keeping everything in one place helps give the project focus, and ensures everybody in the project team is on the same page.
